As you know when the Delaware Horse Racing Re-development Act was passed in 1994, it set the stage for Dover Downs to become the "NEW" Dover Downs. We recently completed ten years of continuing success and expansion following passage of this legislation and we're still on the move.

Our goal from the beginning was to offer the best facilities in the market for our customers and, thanks to the many talents of you Trades Council members, we have been able to deliver to deliver on that vision.

With the second phase of our 500-room hotel nearing completion and phase six of our casino expansion under way, Dover Downs continues to marvel at the great facilities your members have provided us.
